FieldTrace Product Updates -July 2026
Five updates for your field teams: Tighter attendance control Live visibility from the moment an employee logs in Smarter battery use Clearer…
This release brings significant enhancements to FieldTrace’s field operations capabilities, giving admins and managers greater visibility into their field teams. From real-time location tracking and live alerts to detailed movement logs and consolidated timesheets, these updates are designed to help you manage and account for field activity more effectively, all from a single platform.
Admins and managers can now view the real-time location status of field users.
Navigate to FieldTrace > Field Ops > Realtime People.
The page displays all users who have punched in via the FieldTrace mobile app. The dashboard shows the total number of active users, the number of offline users, the number of users who have not punched in from their mobile tracker, and the low-battery status of any user where applicable. The low-battery count reflects the number of users whose mobile devices have fallen below the configured battery threshold.
A live alerts section displays any exceptions triggered from the autopilot list.
For each user, the following information is shown: name, speed, current location, punch-in time, last ping, and battery percentage.

Admins and managers can filter users by name or branch as needed.
A consolidated timesheet covering both FieldTrace and TeamTrace is now available for admins and managers, showing active hours alongside punch-in and punch-out times.

Navigate to Analytics > Others > Consolidated Timesheet.
Geo-fencing, beat planning, alert intelligence, and full customer visibility — one platform that shows you what's really happening on the ground.
